Kids consume more veggies when they do not drink sweetened drinks. Keep water and seltzer on hand. Avoid soda and drinks with food coloring. (According to a study in the journal:Appetite)

Coordination Information: Development and motor skills begin from head to toe. Coordination begins in the upper body and from the inside to the outside. For example a child can move their arms before their fingers by reaching, then learning to grasp. Have you ever noticed children from the age: K-2 fall more easily than adults? This is due to “top heaviness!” Their upper body is tall in relation to their legs.
Lather on the sunscreen: skin cancer is the most common form of cancer in the U.S. Look for paraben and phthalate free sunscreen. Also, avoid tanning beds, they create 12x more UVA light than the sun!

"Where do I get my protein if I just eat plants?"
Biochemical work is done by enzymes, which are protein molecules. Plants do biochemical work constantly through photosynthesis. Plants are lean protein with only omega fats and very little saturated fat and no cholesterol. All animal products: eggs, dairy, chicken, fish, and other meats have about 9x the fat and large amounts of cholesterol. There are 11.1 grams of protein in 100 calories of broccoli and 8 grams for protein in 100 calories of beef!

Minor cut or scrape?
In the past, we are known to wash it out and pour hydrogen peroxide over the area. Hydrogen peroxide actually destroys white blood cells that help repair wounds. For a minor wound clean out any debris, and use a clean towel to scrub all the particles out. Then wash it with soap and lukewarm water.
